Residents in Laguna Altura enjoy the best of resort-style living. This is one of the newest master planned home communities in Irvine, California. It was designed by Raymond Watson, and William Pereira who divided townships into villages that are separated by six-lane streets.
Laguna Altura was built between 2011, and 2014 by Irvine Pacific. It features a mix of townhomes, and single family residences in a private, gated location near the ocean. This neighborhood does have a monthly HOA which cover a community swimming pool, spa, playground, sports courts, clubhouse, and barbeque areas. There are a variety of designs and amenities for each home. The Siena floor plans feature two to three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and 1,618 to 1,799 square feet of living space. The Toscana floor plans offer three to four bedrooms, two car garages, and 2,806 to 3,123 square feet. Other models include the San Remo and the Cortona.
The Irvine Unified School District serves this neighborhood with award winning facilities like Alderwood Elementary School, Rancho San Joaquin Junior High School, and University High School. There are several private schools in Irvine including University Montessori of Irvine, Creekside Children’s Center, and Tarbut V’torah Community Day School. This is also the home of the University of California, Irvine which was established in 1965.
Residents have close access to freeways and are within walking distance to two parks – Giardino Altura, and Giardino del Centro. There are many restaurants, stores, and services nearby at centers like the Irvine Spectrum. Golf enthusiasts can find a tee time at Rancho San Joaquin Golf Course, Strawberry Farms Golf Club, or Oak Creek Golf Club.
